Shipping & Delivery

Orders received before 1:30pm will be shipped the same day.

If you require something urgently please give us a call and we will go above and beyond to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.

 

Returns & Replacements

If your goods are faulty, please contact the team Positron team and we will replace the goods in a timely manner

If you no longer require the goods and they are in good condition, then you may return them. However, a restocking fee of 15% may apply

The easiest way to order is online through this website, simply register an account and start adding goods to your cart

Proceed to the checkout, enter your delivery details, select your payment method, then complete your order. You will receive an order confirmation email to the associated with your account.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment can either be made via PayPal (credit card) or through bank transfer (we will email an invoice with payment details), payment must be received before we ship your goods. Alternatively if you would like to apply for a credit account, please contact the Positron team for a Credit Application Form.

Pricing can be found on our website on the product pages. We have special pricing available for trade customers, please contact the Positron team if you would like access to trade pricing.
